The Hellenic Auxiliary Pensions Defined Contributions Fund (Ταμείο Επικουρικής Κεφαλαιοποιητικής Ασφάλισης- TEKA) has appointed Aristi Consulting to provide Data Protection Officer (DPO) services, further reinforcing its regulatory compliance and strengthening its framework for the protection of personal data.
Project Scope
The project concerns the systematic support of TEKA in relation to its compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), focusing on the following:
- Ongoing monitoring of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with the Organization’s internal policies and procedures on personal data protection
- Monitoring regulatory developments and supporting the Organization’s alignment with new requirements (legislation, directives, guidelines, and decisions of European and national competent supervisory authorities)
- Review and updating of internal personal data protection policies and procedures
- Advisory support for the preparation of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and follow-up on their implementation
- Guidance and support in the management of personal data breach incidents (incident response & breach management)
- Training and awareness for staff and key stakeholders on personal data protection matters
